A Recent Dig

  1. Great to see some quality glass being dug! I REALLY like that Evans and yellow Phoenix! I think that makes 8 Evans & O Brien sixths with no flashes or damage. These are very historically important bottles.

  2. Incredible dig, wonder what color that Phoenix is. Can't tell if it is just a honey amber, or if there is a little light olive thrown in ?

  3. That makes only 7 in Mint condition. Still a very rare and early Western Whiskey !!

  4. Hi Tom,
Do you have a breakdown by color for the mint examples? Thanks.

  5. 4 shades of green, 2 light amber, and 1 darker amber (the recently dug example). Interesting to note that all of the other darker amber examples seem to have flashes and checks, and one even has the "cancer glass" effect.
