"No cure no pay"...you would think these bottles would be as common as dirt.Maybe the good doctor ran out of money for offering free product, thus the scarcity of the bottles or a possible explanation for the tiny size of the small version...a sample perhaps.If you liked the "cure" the larger size was possibly sold for alot more money.Makes sense as to why they are much more scarce.Nobody went back for more.
